My career has been about bringing people together and turning ideas into real-world impact.

For 20 years, I served as Executive Director of the Napa Valley Grapegrowers, leading the organization from modest beginnings - $66,000 in assets - to over $9 million. That’s a 13,536% increase, fueled by vision, collaboration, and a deep commitment to agriculture, sustainability, and community.

We accomplished everything we set out to do and more.

When I arrived in Napa, there was no independent organization dedicated to growers. We transformed a part-time trade group into a respected non-profit. We championed environmental stewardship and empowered growers to succeed in a rapidly-evolving industry.

One of our proudest achievements was founding the Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation in 2011. Recognizing the importance of professional development, we built a first-of-its-kind non-profit dedicated to the advancement of farmworkers. I had the honor of serving as Executive Director from its inception, helping to guide strategy, build partnerships, and develop lasting programs.

I've begun my own consulting business to help clients who share my values - people who are purpose-driven and want to make the world a little better.

Before Napa, I built my foundation through diverse experiences: guiding backcountry pack trips in the High Sierra; hosting international guests at the Highland Ranch; learning the wine business with Sonoma County's Trione family.

I hold a graduate degree from UC Davis and an undergraduate degree from Humboldt State University.

My volunteerism includes leadership roles with: Napa Resource Conservation District; Land Trust of Napa County; Napa County Housing Commission; Connolly Ranch; Ag for Youth; The Vintage Bank; Umpqua Bank; Geyserville Fire Department; Wine Country Polo Club; Connected Horse; & Sunrise Montessori.

Most weekends, you’ll find me hiking with friends and exploring the great things the Bay Area has to offer. I live in Napa with my wonderful family, a herd of horses, and the world’s greatest dog.
